    • Customer Installation (DIY):
      There is a $100 fee if you plan to install the cabinets yourself.
      This includes:

      • A professional site visit

      • Accurate measurements of your space

      • A custom design layout

      • A detailed plan and itemized list of everything needed for your cabinet order and installation

    • For regular cleaning, use a clean cloth dampened with a solution of mild, non-alkaline soap (like Murphy’s Oil Soap) and water. Wipe gently and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Buff lightly in the direction of the wood grain.

    Important:

    • Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, and powder cleaners. Never use oven cleaner on your cabinets!

    • If your cabinets have glass doors, clean the glass carefully. Instead of spraying glass cleaner directly onto the glass, spray it onto a clean cloth or paper towel, then wipe the glass.

    • Be cautious with glass cleaners containing ammonia, as they can damage wood finishes and protective coatings on metal hardware.

  • Our cabinet pricing depends on the type and level of customization:

    • Stock Cabinets: These are our most affordable and fastest options. They're priced by group and include lines such as:

    • Semi-Custom & Custom Cabinets: These are priced individually based on design, materials, and features. They offer greater flexibility and personalization but typically come with longer lead times.

    Whether you're looking for budget-friendly solutions or fully customized designs, we have options to fit your needs and timeline.

  • To begin your cabinet order, we require a 50% down payment. The remaining 50% is due based on the type of service:

    • If We Are Installing:

      • 50% down to start the order

      • 50% due upon completion of installation

    • If You Are Installing (Customer Pick-Up):

      • 50% down to start the order

      • 50% due at the time of pick-up

    This ensures a smooth and efficient process from order to completion.

    • Stock: Pre-made, available in set sizes/styles—fast and affordable.

    • Semi-Custom: Stock-based with some customizable options (sizing, finishes).

    • Custom: Built to your exact specifications—highest flexibility and cost.

    • Stock cabinets can arrive quickly (often within 1–2 weeks).

    • Semi-custom or custom cabinets may take 4–12 weeks depending on the manufacturer and design.

  • Yes! Especially for unique layouts. We'll help determine the best mix based on your space and budget.

  • Many of our lines include soft-close doors and drawers. We can confirm based on the specific collection you're interested in.

  • It’s helpful, but not required. We’ll coordinate ahead of time and keep you updated throughout the process.

  • Clear the area of furniture and personal items. If we’re removing old cabinets, please empty them beforehand.

  • Installation includes setting and securing all cabinets, leveling, hardware installation, and cleanup. We can also coordinate countertop and appliance fit if needed.

  • Yes, but availability of the exact style/finish may vary over time. We recommend ordering everything you might need in one batch when possible.

  • You can select from our hardware options or provide your own—we’ll install whatever you choose.

  • Framed cabinets have a face frame around the front of the box (traditional look).
    Frameless (Euro-style) cabinets offer more accessible storage and a sleek, modern look.

  • No, we do not offer cabinet removal services.
    Please ensure all prior cabinets and countertops are removed before we begin your installation or service.
